Steven is proficient in both Engineering and Quantity Surveying, resulting in an informed project understanding and approach to cost management services and cost control. He has a combined industry acquired skills from a contracting background and extensive experience within Professional Consultancy Practice.
He is experienced in the Cost Management and Quantity Surveying for major construction projects including infrastructure projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan.
He is fully competent in pre-contract and post-contract total financial management of major building services projects, including estimating and cost planning, life cycle costing, bills of quantities, contract / tender documentation, tender analysis, selection of contractors, financial statements, valuations, advise on contractual procedures and final accounts.
