WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2002.

Completed in 2004, Sengkang Town Centre was developed for four (4) co-users from different government agencies: People’s Association, Sing Health Polyclinics, Neighborhood Police Force and Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association.

This integrated multi-storey building has a GFA of 10,108 m² and comprises:

  • Multi-purpose hall for pickle ball, badminton, table tennis and line dance
  • Basketball Court

WTP managed the cost management challenge of developing the formula to share the co-user’s funding from outset and applying this to the GMP procurement model employed.
