Ringo has worked in the quantity surveying field for more than 20 years with focused experience in large-scale developments across Hong Kong, Macau and China.

Ringo is promoted to a Director of Hong Kong office in 2010.  He joined WT Partnership in 1998 as a Quantity Surveyor and brought along with varied experience from prior cost consultancy work with professional practice, building contractor, foundation contracting firm and property developer.  He has taken many major residential, commercial complex and hotel projects in his time with WT Partnership and led technical teams for various highly complex iconic towers including the International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong and the Guangzhou International Financial Centre in Guangzhou.

He also has an exceptional strength in managing sub-consultancy services, in particular to ensure the cost management services, work progress, resourcing, deliverables, performance targets are met and also to discharge the duties to conform with the stringent requirements of WT Partnership.

Ringo obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying in 1992 and a Master of Science in Construction Management in 2003.  Apart from a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor, he is also an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
