WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2002 and the project was completed in 2004.
The project provides six blocks of 51-52 storeys residential towers including refuge floors and entrance floors with 2,130 residential units. The Residence Oasis also has a 4-storey podium accommodating shopping arcade, clubhouse and 3-storey basement carpark. Total GFA is 142,226m².
