Ratu Praba 2, Jakarta

The Ratu Prabu 2 Office Tower in South Jakarta was successfully completed in August 2006 and handed over to two anchor multi-national tenants. WT Partnership played a key role in the planning, works packaging, cost management and control of the project; all completed within a time frame and within the required budgets.

The project comprises a stand alone 14 storey office tower with expansive 3,000 m² floor plates that resulted in a highly efficient construction cost. A separate stand-alone parking building was constructed at the rear of the site. All office tower lobbies have been finished with imported granite and marble finishes and decorative timber millwork. The building’s facade comprises pre-cast concrete panelling combined with a double glazed panelized curtain walling system – rarely used before in Jakarta. The building has been fitted with high-tech building automotive systems and controls and in the post 9/11 security environment the project has incorporated state-of-the-art security design.
