WT Partnership is providing a full Quantity Surveying and Cost Planning services for Rasuna Tower. The Kuningan area of South Jakarta will be totally transformed with new skyscrapers. Situated in Jalan HR Rasuna Said, construction of Rasuna Tower commenced in August 2011 and will be the tallest building in Jakarta reaching 292 m (882 ft).
A total of 136,000 m² (1.4 million sq ft) of offices including a 227 suite 5-star hotel, ballroom and 5 basement levels will be incorporated into the development.
A roof top helipad will be provided above a revolving restaurant at levels 61 and 62.
The building will be founded on a 3 m thick reinforced concrete raft slab resting on a dense soil layer 20 m below the ground level. To compensate wind loads, a water filled concrete enclosed tank shall act as a damper and be installed at level 44.
