Ramp-Up at Pandan Crescent, Singapore

WTP was appointed to provide full Quantity Surveying services in 2013 for this Ramp-Up development at 15 Pandan Crescent.

Due for completion in 2015 with a GFA of 48,445m2, this mixed development comprises:

• A 5-storey main building with a 3-storey ramp-up warehouse, a workshop at the 1st storey and offices at the mezzanine level
• Unique design mobile cranes parking of up to 80 tons dead weight at the roof level
• 24m floor-to-floor height with a 5-storey office between the high void of 1st and 2nd Storeys
• 8-storey dormitory with a GFA of 3,200m2, comprising fully air-conditioned rooms and amenities
