WT was awarded the commission  to provide full quantity surveying services in 2016.

The Qianhai Cooperation Zone covers an area of about 15 square kilometers and is divided into 22 development units. The planned total construction area is about 27 million square meters. 9 district cooling stations are planned, and the total cooling capacity will reach 400,000 tons, which is currently the largest regional cooling system group in the world.
