The building is on Nguyen Du, District 1, HCMC and comprises 3 basement levels with 12 levels of office.  An approximate CFA of 15,000m2, President Place was awarded LEED GOLD Certification. This eco-friendly, boutique and modern work space has been designed to the highest specification. The office tower has been designed to create an exceptional balance between work, life and the environment.

WT carried out the full QS services role for Sapphire with project completion in early 2013.
