WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2003.

The project was completed in 2008 has a GFA of 4,400m2 and comprises;

• Elderly and handicapped-friendly design elements such as level flooring throughout, emergency “call-for-help” and safety locks to Lavatory cubicles
• Water heated by solar panels, night lighting powered by solar energy and  electricity converted by wind generators
• Rain water collection for temple ground irrigation and power generation for recharging battery powered wheelchairs
• Purification system for potable rain water
• Eco-friendly bamboo furniture
