Parkland Green represents a new community living concept in Vietnam. Located at a major highway intersection in District 9 of HCMC, the project has generous garden and amenities within the development including 6000 m² of courtyard garden areas and 6 swimming pools for the 122 dwellings.

This low-rise only development includes facilities such as tennis court, club house, gym, function rooms, bbq area, kids pool, and landscaped gardens.

The dwellings are a combination of townhouses and detached villas.

Infrastructure works have commenced on the site and construction is anticipated to be completed in 2013.

WTP is providing Pre and Post contract QS services for Parkland Green.
