Pamela Tan joined WT Partnership in 1996 and was promoted to Associate in 2010.

Pamela has worked in all aspects of pre-and post-contract services from inception to completion including final account. Clients recognise her expertise for being proactive and meticulous, being much sought after for repeat order commissions.

A cost planner of excellence, Pamela has successfully advised many Clients through the complexities of completing major alterations and additions works within operational facilities.

Pamela’s expertise in corporate workplace, financial institution, retail fitouts and data centre projects is also widely recognised and her contribution is a key reason for many of our follow up commissions. She is responsible for the 600,000ft2 DBS fitout at MBFC and the highly successful outcome of the Cathay Building redevelopment from concept to completion.

The major project works have subsequently been followed by other retail fitout projects for Cathay Properties, including Cineplex, E-zone games, a bowling centre, art galleries, shops and restaurants.

As a Project Associate, her other major project experience includes 313 @ Somerset and the $400m mixed use development at Jurong Gateway. Both of these projects are delivered under fast track GMP type procurement arrangements.

Other project work includes schools, factories, cement silos, civil works and religious projects together with vast experience in residential projects and commercial office development.

Pamela was appointed as Director of the Singapore office in August 2022.
