Appointed in 2005, WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for Orchard view. Completed in 2010, the 36-Storey Orchard View has a GFA of 16,864 m2 and comprises:
- Individual apartments occupying an entire floor
- Choice imported fittings such as Miele appliances, Siematic cabinetry and Villeroy & Boch sanitary used in the 4–bedroom residences
- A sky terrace, a 50m swimming pool and a gymnasium
- 30 apartments embracing the picturesque views of Orchard Road
