WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 1995 for a comprehensive development comprising retail, office, residential and hotel. The project was completed in 2001.

Building above the MTRC Tung Chung Station on the Lantau and Airport Rail, the mixed-use complex formed a gateway to the Lantau Expressway and an entry into Hong Kong for arrival visitors from the Chek Lap Kok International Airport.

The project comprised :

One Citygate
The commercial centre of the development comprising hotel, office and retail.

Seaview Crescent
1,800 residential flats and commercial retail.

Tung Chung Crescent
2,400 residential flats and commercial retails.

Novotel Citygate Hotel
Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is 440-key hotel including four executive floors, 2 restaurants, a lobby bar, patisserie, outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium and 7 meeting rooms for up to 400 delegates.
