WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2005.

Built on a land area of approximately 1.45Ha, the School was completed in 2008 with a GFA of 16,000m2. The scope of works included:

• One circular block of part 3/part 5/part 7-storey student hostel
• Capacity to house 600 students and resident teachers
• Design of staggered heights to soften the view and create an interesting elevation
