Director (Chongqing & Wuhan)
Natalis has over 14 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management. He has all rounded experience in cost consultancy for projects in Hong Kong and China, with a particular strong focus in the later.
Natalis is the Director of the Chongqing office. When he started his career with WT Partnership in 2006 as an Office Manager, he had already worked in the field for 8 years with major developers and professional practice. He has extensive experience in land acquisition management and project management other than cost management in China.
He is currently overseeing the office management of Chongqing and responsible for the business operations of Chongqing for a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
Natalis graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Economics and Management in 1999. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors since 2004.
