WTP was engaged to provide quantity surveying services for a new extension of Hung Hom Railway Terminus.

The project was to redevelop and extend the existing main railway terminus at Hung Hom to cater for increasing cross border traffic demands. It involved the building of a new concourse in same size of the existing station as well as refurbishment of all existing platforms, walkway and concourse areas. The project was constructed alongside the fully operation of existing station.
