City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau

WT was responsible for full pre and post contract QS services for this impressive project.

The project involves the construction of a new hotel tower at City of Dreams. The tower is designed as an exoskeleton and will provide approximately 780 guest-rooms, suites and villas exceeding 5-star standards, meeting and event facilities, a 30m high lobby atrium, restaurants, spa, ultra lounge and sky pool when it opens in the first half of 2018. Total construction floor area is 150,000m².
