WTP was appointed to provide full Quantity Surveying services in 2011 for this Industrial and Office Development at Benoi Sector which houses FMC’s Regional Headquarter operations.
Completed in 2013 with a GFA of 9,252m2, , this mixed development comprises
- 3-storey Office Block and a single-storey Annex Assembly/ Warehouse Block with an aesthetically designed internal courtyard separating the 2 blocks
- A modern, innovative and sleek design with a glass lift accentuating the façade of the building
- Two large 2,800m2 System Integrated Yards, specially designed with underground mechanical and electrical services and self-draining system and external lighting for night operations
