WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2005.

Completed in 2008 with a GFA of 19,972 m2 over five (5), built in a “Developer’s Fitout State”, included provisions for:

  • Raised floors
  • Suspended Ceilings
  • MEP and life safety infrastructure
  • Finished Lift Lobbies, WC and Main Reception

The facility forms a key part in ML’s strategy to deliver a World Class Solution for their global business partners and Clients by providing round-the-clock service.  To that end, key features of ML’s fitout include:

  • Tier 3 Data Centre
  • Generator
  • CRAC, UPS, FM200
  • High End Video Conferencing
