WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2007 for the premium residental project, Marinella.
Comprising six residential towers at 28 storeys with six storeys of basement carpark and clubhouse facilities, Marinella provides a total gross floor area of approximate 60,000m2 for domestic purpose. The development completed in 2012 was constructed under a high green standard which led to a BEAM Plus Provisional Platium Certificate award in the same year.
