Studio City Hotel, Macau

WT was the quantity surveyor for the Studio City Hotel, which opened in late October 2015.

Located on Cotai, Macau, the highly anticipated US$3.2 billion integrated casino resort is close to the Lotus Bridge immigration point which connects with Hengqin Island and a future station-point for the Macau Light Rapid Transit.

The Hollywood-inspired resort features a hotel with approximately 1,600 guest rooms, a diverse range of dining options, gaming areas and luxury shopping. It also boasts the iconic Golden Reel – the world’s highest figure-8 Ferris wheel; Studio City Event Center, a 5,000-seat multi-purpose entertainment venue for music, theater and sporting events; Batman Dark Flight, an action-packed 4D flight simulation ride; Warner Bros. Fun Zone, a 40,000 ft² family entertainment center; Studio 8, a 300-seat live-audience TV broadcast studio for reality and game-show productions; and Pacha Macau, an Ibiza-style nightclub.
