Swee Meng  joined WT Partnership in 1991 after obtaining his degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying. He has worked on a wide cross section of market sectors and was made an Associate in 1995.

He has significant international and local education experience up to and including tertiary facilities. Swee Meng has been Job Captain from inception to completion for AISS Phases 2 and 3 at Lorong Chuan and is currently involved with the new campus for Stamford American Internationa lSchool. Tertiary projects include the NUS School of Mathematics and Science and the Singapore Polytechnic School of Life Science and Chemical Studies.

He is equally conversant with the Private and Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract typical to Singapore and also has wide experience with other forms of delivery including Negotiated, D&C, GMP, Management Contracting and Construction Management.

Swee Meng is highly regarded for the delivery of fast track light industry developments, such as Ikea and Courts Regional Retail Centre at Tampines, where WT was instrumental in ensuring the contracts were tendered and awarded within 2 months from the date of our commission. He has successfully applied this expertise to the delivery of business park commercial developments.

Swee Meng has extensive bank fitout experience and managed many of our Royal Bank of Scotland Bank fitout projects. His hotel experience includes Orchid Hotel, Park Regis Hoteland Grand Orchard.

His cost planning skills are regularly requested by Clients to assist with their prospective land acquisitions for residential developments.
