Before the formation of WT Malaysia office, Mr Lee is the co-founder and Managing Partner of a well- established Quantity Surveyors Consultancy company since 1989. In this time he has established a reputation for successfully delivering of high calibre, accurate cost planning and cost management services for a wide range of developments projects locally and in UAE, including Pearl Bay mixed development of high end high rise apartment / office towers in Abu Dhabi and locally ranging from high rise condominium, resort, hotel, education, residential, commercial and industrial.

Mr Lee was involved in the preparation of builder’s quantities for 88-storey KLCC twin tower with retail podium, parking basement and foundation;   provision of Q.S input to contractor during tendering stage to check the quantities of major items in the B.Q prepared by other Consultant Q.S for KLCC luxury condominium; provision of cost input to contractor during tendering stage on the contractor’s alternative proposed structure system for 2 blocks of 35 storey Beverly Tower service apartment at Kuala Lumpur.

Mr Lee is highly competent technical professional with a market reputation for his considered advice and direction. His knowledge of Malaysia Forms of Contract, local practices and market conditions has made him a valuable team player. Mr Lee is the key liaison / point of contact for WTP Malaysia office.
