WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for LaSalle SIA College of the Arts City Campus in 2003.

Completed in 2007, the college with an overall GFA of 35,000 m², comprises:

  • Contemporary Art Exhibition and Gallery space
  • The region’s first Theatre & Art Production Workshop
  • 3 Theatres including Singapore’s first black box theatre with flexible “in-the-round” seating and dance studio
  • Converged network communications supporting e-learning, video conferencing, digital media and recording studio services
