Lancaster Residences will be an iconic project in District 4 by the renown Vietnamese Developer Trung Thuy Group.
The project will have three distinctive residential apartment towers housing 800 No units.
A 5-storey retail podium and 2-storey basement car park are also included in the project which is due for completion in 2014.
WTP is providing pre and post contract QS and construction Cost Management services for Trung Thuy Group.
