WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the development of the Sheung Lok Street, Kwun Tak Court comprising 3 nos. SSF domestic blocks ranging from 26 to 27 storeys, a 2-storey semi-basement carpark and other facilities such as a 4-storey shuttle lift tower linking to the carpark.  The overall development was fully completed in March 2019.
