Klapsons is a new 3-Storey boutique hotel annex within the existing Tower Fifteen office building (formerly Euro-Asia Centre).

The hotel, completed in 2009, was part of the refurbishment of an existing 29-Storey office with an overall GFA of 23,550 m², the scope of works included:

  • 17 No hotel uniquely designed rooms
  • 750 m² event space
  • Conversion of Level 17 into a  Sky Terrace
  • Upgrade of lift lobbies and toilets
  • Power supply upgraded from LT to HT
  • Re-cladding of the existing façade
  • URA Night Lighting Incentive
