Keith Wong

Executive Chairman, Asia

Keith has over 28 years of experience in quantity surveying with emphasis on total cost management and project delivery for Client.

Upon graduated from Salford University in the UK, Keith started his career with Wilson Large & Partners in London. He returned to Hong Kong in 1992 and joined WT Partnership. In 2000 he became a Director of the practice with responsibility for the China Division. He relocated to Shanghai in 2006 responsible for the Group’s operations in Shanghai and Beijing.

Keith was appointed as Managing Director for WT Partnership’s China Operations in July 2011.

Keith’s expertise is in the total cost management of construction projects from inception to completion based on indepth knowledge of the construction industry and experience gained from a wide variety of projects in Hong Kong, China and the UK.

Keith also has extensive experience in various forms of project procurement methods including construction management for the extension to the Hunghom Station for KCRC and Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) Contract for the INC Dumex Facility, Shanghai and Lodge on the Park in Hong Kong, Cost Plus Contract for New World Center Phase 1 in Beijing.

Keith has extensive experience in working with prominent international design architects from the US, UK, Australia and major design consultancies within Asia.

Keith’s experience in quantity surveying and detailed knowledge of the local construction industry will ensure that the best possible cost advice is provided for the project.
