WTP was appointed to provide services in 2013. With a total GFA of 92,008 m2, Phase 1 of the Kebon Melati Mixed Use Development comprises The Residence, Grand Residence, City Residence and Retail facilities.

Phase II of the development comprises Hotel & Serviced Apartment, Boutique Office, Office and Retail facilities and has a total GFA of 149,422 m2.
