Director (Thailand)

Jodi is WT Thailand’s Country Manager and is gaining a reputation for reliable and considered Quantity Surveying advice to the local and regional market.

Jodi brings value through wide ranging project expertise across a number of sectors and service lines. He has spent a large part of his career working on both traditional & EPC transport, utilities, infrastructure and oil & gas projects.

He has advised a number of clients on their residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments allowing the projects to achieve their targeted commercial outcomes.

Jodi has also been responsible for delivering large horizontal infrastructure and marine reclamation projects for which he provides solid cost planning, tendering & contractual advice to both public & private clients.

He has been involved in a number large public projects including; ferry terminal upgrades, Mixed use luxury developments, large light rail network upgrade projects as well as major road upgrades in the capacity of master planning, cost estimating stage to pre-tender award and CDS. Furthermore, he was part of the team that successfully delivered the Victorian Desalination Project in Australia.

Within Aviation & Defence he was responsible for the New Australian C-17 Maintenance Facility, Runway & Apron Upgrade and Associated Infrastructure Project’ for which he successfully led and delivered BIM based cost planning & estimating services, Monte Carlo Risk Analyses and Life-Cycle Analyses on Australian Department of Defence Projects.

Jodi led the productivity analyses on the AUD$24B APLNG Project resulting in cost and time efficiencies during implementation of process gathering and pipelines. He also provided reliable project controls services client side and has advised on a number of upstream Oil & Gas client’s project FEED stage on best practice in procurement, estimating & cost planning, budgeting and project implementation.

Jodi was appointed as a Director of the Thailand office in July 2021.
