WTP provided Independent Quantity Surveying services in Certifier 2010, having initially assisted Lend Lease Investments with the land bid, completed in 2014.

This Green Mark (Platinum) mixed use office and retail development project has a GFA of 108,000 m² and comprises:

  • Basement car park, 6-storey shopping mall with a 10 screen multiplex cinema and departmental stores
  • 11-storey office tower entirely leased by the Ministry of National Development (MND)
  • Office component of approximately 32,000 m²
  • Retail component of approximately 76,000 m²
