Jay graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1996 with a degree in Construction Economics and Management.

Jay commenced his career with a professional quantity surveying practice and worked on a wide variety of projects in Hong Kong and China including residential, commercial and hotel development.  He progressed from an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to a Team Leader and gained his professional membership with the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 2001.

Jay joined WT Partnership in 2004 as a Project Quantity Surveyor and worked on the Wynn Resort project in Macau where he worked alongside the Employer’s in-house project control team with responsibilities for the cost reporting and procurement control of various building and fit out works packages.

He was then transferred to the City of Dreams project in Macau as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2007 and was responsible for the cost management of various building and fit out works packages within the project.

He currently works in the Hong Kong Office servicing a variety of projects in both public and private sectors.
