Jack Chen
Director (Shanghai & Suzhou)
Jack has over 18 years of experience in providing all aspects of quantity surveying services in China.
Jack graduated from Shanghai Tongji University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering.
He commenced his career with China Railway Ministry No. 5 Engineering Bureau Construction Company’s Shanghai office and worked with the company till 2002, then worked as assistant surveyor with another professional practise in Shanghai. He joined WT Partnership’s Shanghai office in 2003 as project surveyor. During this period he worked on a variety of projects including fitout works and new build. He also gained his professional qualifications and became members of the Certified Cost Engineer and Tendering Engineer in that period.
Jack has extensive experience in major mixed-use developments in Shanghai and other cities in the Mainland China and proved himself a capable manager in leading team and managing the delivery of QS services for all aspects.
He was promoted to Director for the Shanghai office in 2013.
