Changsha International Finance Square (IFS) is located at the junction of Jiefang Road West and Huangxing Road in the heart of the city centre. The project has a total CFA of approximately 1,000,000 m². It comprises two super high-rise buildings, a 452 m Grade-A office and luxury serviced apartment tower and a 315 m office and hotel tower. Both are built atop a 250,000 m² retail podium.
The project also has a basement car park of four levels, totaling 250,000 m². With a retail space comparable to three times of Hong Kong Time Square, Changsha IFC is expected to be the largest mall in the city with rising demands for retail consumption.
WT Partnership was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for Changsha IFS in 2011. The development is scheduled for completion in 2018
