WT has established vast experience in super high-rise projects. The ICC located above Kowloon Station is 490 m high and comprises 118-storeys. The total gross floor area of the building is approximately 450,000 m² of which two thirds are Grade-A offices and the remainder a 6-star hotel.

WT was commissioned to provide full quantity surveying and cost management consultancy service for this iconic tower in 2001. The first phase of approximately 90,000 m² office accommodation was completed at the end of 2008 and the entire building completed in 2011. The completion of ICC marks a major milestone in the emergence of West Kowloon’s new commercial, cultural and transportation hub.

WT assigned a team of approximately 20 professional personnel stationed on the project site during the tendering and construction stage in order to suit the fast-track programme.
