Appointed in February 2013, WTP is providing Full Quantity Surveying services from Masterplan to Final Account.  The project is now in the Design Development phase of design after successful completion of the Masterplan phase.

Holm Residential Development is located at Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC. Due for completion in mid-2016, the development has a GFA of approximately 13,500m2 and comprises:

  • 11 Riverfront Villas, 12 Non-riverfront Villas and 4 Semi-detached Villa
  • Clubhouse inclusive of recreational facilities
  • Swimming pool area incorporating timber deck area and covered BBQ facilities
  • Guardhouse and staff facilities
  • Jetty/ Pontoon
