Description:

WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for Hospital Authority term contract for minor works for Kowloon West Cluster. The project includes 8 nos. of public hospitals and lasts for 5 years.

Project Features:

The project comprises demolition, maintenance, repair, alteration, conversion, replacement, refurbishment, renovation, reinstatement, improvement, addition, fitting out, associated building services and any other works or services including emergency and urgent works required in connection with the maintenance, repair, improvement and extension to a group of hospitals, general out-patient clinics (GOPCs), specialist out-patient clinics (SOPCs), community nursing service centres (CNSs), laundries and other institution facilities in Kowloon West Cluster operated or managed by or under the responsibility of the Hospital Authority

Key Issues:

The Contract is a “Measurement Contract” and the Works shall be measured and valued in accordance with the Schedule of Rates in the Contract.
