Helen Zhu

Director (Beijing)

Helen graduated from Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture in 1995 with a BSc (Construction Engineer) Degree. She commenced her career in Beijing in 1995 in Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG).  She worked for BCEG in Malaysia as assistant cost engineer from 1996 until 1998 on residential projects. She returned to Beijing in 1998 and continue worked in BCEG as cost engineer from 1998 until 2000 on a variety of projects including villa, office. She joined WT Partnership Beijing office as quantity surveyor in 2001,and training in WT Hong Kong for one year, and was promoted to assistant manager in 2006 and manager in 2007 and rejoined WT Partnership Beijing office in 2014. During this period she is the project leader for some major mixed-use projects, including Beijing China World Trade Centre Phase 3, the tallest building in Beijing when completed in 2009, TEDA CDE Office Development in Tianjin, etc.

Her current position in the Company is Director of the Beijing office and her responsibility is to manage a team of surveyors for the delivery of all cost planning, tender documentation and contract administration for a variety of projects.
