WT was engaged in 2016 to undertake cost management and quantity surveying services for a significant number of stores within the Asia Pacific as part of Gucci’s AsiaPac expansion.
To date we have provided services on approximately 160 separate stores ranging from 500 to 3,000 m² of retail space in locations including Australia, China (including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan), Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
The provision of the services is managed through our Hong Kong office with support from other WT offices within our network as required.
As part of our services related to this expansion, WT has worked closely with Gucci to create a suite of generic pre-contract, tendering and post-contract documents which are then tailored to suit each projects specific requirements.
