Estell graduated from the City University Hong Kong in 2004 with an Honors Degree in Quantity Surveying.  Before joining WT Partnership, she worked in a professional quantity surveying practice in Hong Kong with experience of power plant facilities and large scale hospitality projects.

She joined WT Partnership in 2007 and has extensive experience in carrying out quantity surveying projects from pre-contract cost planning to documentation and final account.   She has been involved in a wide variety of projects with WTP such as the Zenith and the Wesley Hotel renovation.

She has been a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009 and 2012 respectively. She is also a Registered Professional Surveyor.
