Appointed since 2009, WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services to a few phases of Equinix Data Centre, located at 15 Pioneer Walk, due for completion in 2014.

With a GFA of 26,000 m2, Equinix comprises:

  • 6-Storey ramp-up industrial space
  • Basic infrastructure to support Data Halls
  • Tier-3 Data Halls with an estimated 3400 IT racks with 3.5kW per rack
  • Integration to existing BM, Fire Alarm, PQMS and Security System under a “Live” Data Centre
  • High specifications and efficiency to cater to the needs of tenant’s logistical and distribution centres
