Elaine joined WT Partnership in 1996 by 2000 had graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor in Building (Hons) in 1999.

She is responsible for the successful completion of the Singapore Polytechnic School of Life Science and Chemical Engineering from inception to the settlement of final account for phase 2A. Due to her success WT Partnership is re-appointed for Phase 2B.

Elaine has considerable experience in a broad range of institutional projects and is particularly well versed in the procedures and protocols associated with public sector projects.

In addition, she has significant residential project experience and was instrumental in ensuring successful outcomes for projects including condominiums at Gilstead Road and Thomson Road.  In both of these projects Elaine was responsible from inception stage to completion.

Elaine was appointed as Associate Director of the Singapore Office in August 2022.
