Doris Lam Lai Wah
Director (Guangzhou & Shenzhen)
Doris graduated from the Hong Kong City University with a Degree in Quantity Surveying in 1998 and started her career with a professional quantity surveyor practice working on a variety of projects in all aspect of quantity surveying.
She joined WT Partnership in 2004 and obtained her professional membership with the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 2007.
Doris has experience in all aspect of quantity surveying including cost estimating, procurement and tendering, post contract administration and negotiations of variations and final account.
Doris has been involved in China projects since 2004 and is currently our Director for the Guangzhou office, she leads the team in Guangzhou and provides the full range of quantity surveying services.
