WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the development of the Kiu Cheong Road East, Ping Yan Court comprising 3 nos.33-storey SSF domestic blocks, a 2 storey-commercial complex and other facilities such as a Public Transport Interchange. The overall development was fully completed in November 2018.
