Dai Phuoc Lotus comprises high-end villas, villas with land plots approx. 2,000 No apartment units,  commercial and office buildings with associated infrastructure such as internal traffic roads, water bodies, resort, parking areas, medical center, hospital, marina club, public jetty, green parks, and other services.

WTP is responsible for providing full Quantity Surveying service including Pre-contract service and Post-contract service to Phase 5. The main services WTP is expected to provide Cost Plans, Monthly Cost Reports and Cash Flow forecasts, review and price all Change Requests in preparation for Client approval or rejection of the change, provide detailed cost reports, review and process Payments for all Contractors at all stages of the project.
