WT Partnership was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for City of Dreams project located in the heart of Cotai in Macau. The project was completed in 2009.

The project occupies a 28 acre parcel of land and has a gross floor area in excess of 650,000 m² comprising a three-floor podium which includes a mega-casino, over 200 shopping facilities and hotel guest facilities. City of Dreams has 39,000 m2 of gaming space with 550 gaming tables and 1,500 machines, over 20 restaurants and bars, including one of the largest in the city. The property also includes 16,300 m2 of high-end retail space spread across two levels.

In addition the project includes four hotel towers; Crown Towers, Grand Hyatt Macau, Hyatt Regency and Hard Rock Hotel.

City of Dreams also houses a significant ‘wet theatre’ which presents the ‘House of Dancing Water’ attraction.
