WTP was awarded the commission for the China World Trade Centre (CWTC) Phase 3A development to provide full quantity surveying services in 2001.

CWTC 3A is currently the tallest building in Beijing with a height of 330 m and its top floor reaching 81 storey. Totaled a CFA of approximately 300,000 m2, the CWTC 3A tower will accommodate Grade-A offices, exhibition hall, retail and entertainment venues, as well as 5-star hotel at the top to be operated by the Shangri-La Group.

Coupling with various buildings delivered at previous phases, the Phase 3A will make the CWTC architectural cluster one of the largest international trade centres in the world and deliver over 1.1 million premium space altogether.

WTP was awarded the commission for China World Trade Centre, Phase 3B to provide full quantity surveying services in 2011.

Situated at the CBD of Beijing and adjacent to the highest building China World Trade Centre Phase 3A, the Phase 3B development consists of a mega tower of approximately 280 m high for accommodating hotel, office, retail and F&B outlets. Total CFA is approximately 202,920 m².
