1.  Kampong Ayer [Water Village]

2.  Eco Corridor/River Front

3.  Light Rail Network

The improvement works needed for Kampong Ayer are::

  • Jetties and Walkways improved or replaced
  • Infrastructure [water supply, electrical and sewerage system improved / replaced]
  • Compliance upgrades, particularly fire risk
  • Water taxi public transport system
  • New and refurbished public facilities, including parking
