Due for completion in 2016 with a GFA of 51,818 m2, this mixed development at Science Park comprises:

• A block of 1-storey commercial building and a block of 7-storey business park
• 1-storey commercial and 1 basement car park
• Business spaces on lower floors & interactive spaces to create a collaborative business environment
• Differentiating areas such as the informal garden, plaza and landscape ridge
• Linking of small buildings along Science Park Drive and main office spaces for an interactive environment
